[Image taken 20.7.22] Harrogate Chocolate Factory, North Park Road, Harrogate. The Harrogate Chocolate Factory is a social enterprise. It's a cafe that provides training and fair wages for people with disabilities. It also makes chocolate. It's on the site for the former Big Red Bicycle shop. It's next to a cinema. The latter has no cycle parking - why not? This cafe has 'wheelbenders'. Does HBC not stipulate the amount and design of cycle parking? Location of the provision: #184953. Other image today and links: #184952.
