Absolutely awful junction - very unsafe. Must stop cars turning right as they come up the hill or put in a mini roundabout (the type that buses and lorries can drive over slowly if need be but visible for al)l. Even traffic lights would perhaps help. At the very very least a huge sign telling them to indicate. (update: apparently a clear right of way has recently been created for those coming up the hill which is an improvement. Not seen it yet but if so then hopefully there's a big stop sign for those coming down the hill.)
