As I cycled towards Lendal Arch (see: #185484) a driver came through it. He did not turn into the Rowing Club car park but keep driving along this motor traffic-free (if only) route towards me. I waited for him to pull into the gap visible. I told him it was not a car parking space. The car park was next door but he would need to drive round to reach it. He did turn round and drive away. But when I returned along this route, that space was filled again... Other image and links today: #185484.
