[Image taken 9.10.22] Royal Mail Sorting Office boundary, Clifton Way, close to West Esplanade, York. [NOTE: No street view at this location] I went to see if the signpost was obscured by vegetation as was the case in previous years (example see: #174131). But there's just the one strand of growth at present. This suggests it is now being monitored and any foliage trimmed.
