[Image taken 13.10.22] Be Independent, Hazel Court/James Street, York. [NOTE: No street view at this location] Unsecured cycle. The planning document date stamped March 2003 shows four units on this site. It also shows two lots of 'cycle storage in secure units' parallel to the perimeter fencing and next to the wall of the building visible here: between the two designated disabled spaces (visible in the image) and the building.
