[Image taken 25.10.22] Wellington Row, York. This cycle/a cycle is usually at this location when I pass (see also: #173065). Today I stopped to see if/how it was secured. There is cycle parking within 50m but although I've reported it, it's (still) too close to the wall: #177272 and cycles on it are likely more vulnerable than on the wall of the building in which you work.
