[Image taken 9.11.22] Crichton Avenue/Denning’s Yard Access/Wigginton Road, York. Looking uphill along the shared use cycle-ped-scooter-wheelchair route on Crichton Avenue road bridge at the steep incline over the York-Scarborough rail line. If you look at the trail of the organic debris on the path you can see evidence of camber... In times of heavy rain (as we had this morning), water falls evenly across the path at the crest of the incline but then gradually runs towards to the railings. There can be noticeable amounts of surface water alongside the railings (which every user has to cross or walk in). There can be noticeable amounts of leaves there too. And it can get icy. Context: #187619.
