[Image taken 7.12.22] Aldwark (looking southish), York. A(nother) driver stops right in front of the modal filter. He is completely obstructing one side. This is one of the few places where people on cycles (also wheelchairs, in mobility scooters...) can pass through at the same time. The only way to educate drivers is to require them to resit their driving test every five years. In the meantime it remains difficult, unpleasant and often dangerous to use the streets if you are not travelling in a motor vehicle.
