CYC site (www.york.gov.uk/BuildingNoise) says: “We recommend that you: limit hours of work to between 8.00am and 6.00pm on weekdays, or 9.00am and 1.00pm on Saturday.”
The language of the men (three that I saw) was choice when they saw me take a photo too. Looks as if the company/team has got away with it. No punishment? No reason this shouldn’t be their mode of operating.
