[Image taken 10.12.22] Foss Islands Path, York. [NOTE: Location on street view approximate.] The main sign is very visible to everyone approaching the temporary blockage. It is (almost) correct: This is a cycle route (though not a ‘lane’) and footpath. The dates are here. But… it’s not closed 24/7, why is there no diversion for people on cycles?
