[Image taken 10.12.22] Tang Hall Lane junction with Lang Avenue, York. Rocks not racks. Why use defensive objects that are completely out of place and have no useful purpose? The rocks were not here in July 2019 according to street view goo.gl/maps/SVAFBbBjRyM2BYAB7 The entire row looks rundown and scruffy. Cycle racks would create colour and support customers.
