[Image taken 19.1.23] Tanner Row junction with Rougier Street, York. Clutter and hazards. The fallen Tier scooters (overview here: #164663) are a trip hazard. The rabbit is further clutter. In December CYC took a decision that should keep pavements clear(er) of cafe paraphernalia to help people move around more safely, more easily: www.yorkpress.co.uk/news/23203064.york-council-rubber-stamps-tough-new-rules-pavement-cafes/ Then it puts in this rabbit. Is it feeding back to the DfT the problems the Tier scooters create? I'm also pushing for CYC to adopt the Equal Pavements Pledge www.transportforall.org.uk/campaign/equal-pavements-pledge/Explanation of rabbit (though not justification for) #189619.
