[Image taken 25.1.23] Burton Stone Lane (looking south), York. This motorist is obstructing the pavement. Opposite a church. There's no room for someone with a buggy, holding the hand of a child or person they care for to pass. Ditto for the many mobility impaired people who use walking aids, mobility scooters and wheelchairs round here. Other image today and links: #190043.
