[NOTE: When I have passed at weekends (day times, observations since February 2023 half term) both gates have been open. But see: #193056] [Image taken 12.2.23] Former Bootham Park Hospital grounds, junction with Bootham, York. [NOTE: No street view at this location] Sign on the outside of the railings of the former Bootham Park Hospital grounds. There’s no protection from pedestrians crossing when people are entering or existing the grounds. This sign does not alert pedestrians cyclists may be crossing from their right or their left. It’s also not where someone on a cycle crossing towards the gates is going to see it. Context and links: #190998.
