(Compare with the situation at Aldi on Water Lane: #189181.) The parking spaces for motor vehicles far outnumber those for people who cycle. They are also feet from this vehicle. Yet this driver stopped. Let a child out. Then a minute or so later left the vehicle himself to follow the boy presumably into the shop.
