[Image taken 17.2.23] Pizza Time, Burton Stone Lane, York. This vehicle is regularly here – on the pavement - in the evening. Is she the regular delivery driver for Pizza Time? The car is obstructing the pavement. It makes the narrow space intended for people (see: #191136) not parking even more restricted. When delivery drivers keep on/put on their lights they blind pedestrians walking in the direction of the vehicles – the bright lights are straight into our eyes. The position of this vehicle makes it more likely people will walk/wheelchair over the forecourt to avoid it. But the forecourt is a trip hazard. It is substantially damaged and uneven: #190155.
