[Image taken 18.2.23] Newby Terrace, close to the junction with Vyner Street, York. The water hides a significant gulley. It makes for unpleasant cycling so presumably also buggy manoeuvring, mobility scooting and wheelchairing. The location and extent (even when visible) makes it unavoidable. I'll report it.
