[Image taken 20.2.23] Crichton Avenue (close to the junction with Wigginton Road), York. This is the other side of the pedestrian crossing over Crichton Avenue. If it were made into a toucan and the access alongside Wigginton Road (see subsequent images) were widened this would create a much more level – and therefore inclusive - and direct – and therefore intuitive - route between the new development on Wigginton Road (search on 'Cocoa Gardens' or keep clicking through), Haxby and New Earswick - to/from the latter - using the fabulous Bootham Stray motor traffic-free route, etc).
