[UPDATE: I saw on 13.3.23 the sign had been righted and the sand cleared up] [Image taken 7.3.23] Wigginton Road, York. [NOTE: street view location approximate] Close to the works entry/exit for the Cocoa Works/Cocoa Gardens (see: #191296) this temporary warning sign is not doing its job. It's a trip and unseat hazard. The sandbag is a skid hazard. I'll try reporting it to the Latimer/Clarion (www.latimerhomes.com/www.clarionhg.com/) contact I have.
