[Later image from 22.4.23: #193301] [Image taken 23.3.23] Burton Stone Lane (close to the junction with Horner Street), York. Water collects here in wet weather and remains in situ for some time. This shows the position of the pools not the extent of the water that collects here. (It’s dried up a bit today.) On 27.3.23 CYC responded: "We're sorry, City of York Council isn't responsible for resolving this problem. While we endeavour to respond to reports of this nature, we cannot investigate or take action to rectify problems that occur on land, or relate to equipment, that doesn't belong to us."
