[Image taken 23.3.23] Grosvenor Terrace/Scarborough Terrace junction with Grosvenor Road, York. This driver is on a buildout with double yellows all around. This means no road user or pedestrian can see. I feel she was waiting for someone – to come over the ‘glass bridge’ (the pedestrian bridge the steps of which are visible to the left) that crosses the York-Scarborough rail line.
