[UPDATE: On 6.5.23 I noticed the blocks had been removed.] [Image taken 27.04.23] Railway Walk, looking into Marygate car park, York. [Note: No street view at this location.] These sections of broken concrete appeared recently. Last week they were arranged as a 'wall' here. They have been or become scattered: #193438. I will report them. They are a trip hazard. Plus people need routes into and out of Marygate car park.
