Concrete blocks across a footpath to the Beach Ditch.
View from the north.
David Wilson's Google Streetview shows the path without these blocks, and must predate their installation.
There are bridleway signposts from the road called Green End.
Public Right of Way
Name 143/1
Status Bridleway
Parish Landbeach
Path Number 1
Parish Number 143
Length km 0.953
District South Cambridgeshire
The right of way does terminate around here, but these blocks are before the stile to the Cambridge Research Park, meaning they do obstruct cyclists and pedestrians using the right of way.
Also, the path signs on Green End are to the Beach Ditch, and these blocks are before the ditch. A bridleway should be clear enough to take horses down.
Council officers would need to decide if the blocks are actually on the right of way.
