[Image taken 14.5.23] Goodramgate, York. Context and links: #193961. The driver of the white van responded to finding two motor vehicles facing the wrong way by passing them and stopping ahead of the stop line. By doing this the driver completely obstructed the permanently 'green' filtered cycle lane. S/he was now in front of the traffic light in the image on the left however there is another on Monkgate Bar itself mounted between the cycle lane and the all-traffic lane.
