[UPDATE 21.8.23. Today CYC replied to my, Are A-boards permitted here? emails with: "Thank you for your email, we did a visit last week and handed out letters requesting removal."
[NOTE: The sign was still in situ on 26.6.23. I will resend my enquiry asking if A-boards are permitted here.]
[Image taken 15.5.23] Clifford Street, York. This is an A-board. CYC has an A-boards policy www.york.gov.uk/ABoards. The three people in the picture were happy to pose for me when I explained I was taking the photo to report the board. Clifford Street is within the prohibition zone. While I was stowing my camera a crocodile of school children - primary age? - filed past. Other image today and links: #193973.
