[Image taken 3.6.23] Exhibition Square, York. With all the Sheffields (cycle parking) in use (see: #194686) people resorted to flyparking on the railings. If the Local Transport Strategy is successful and leads to the projected 20 per cent increase in people walking and cycling, CYC is going to need to think hard about how to accommodate the demand for practical, accessible, inclusive cycle parking.
