[Image taken 1.7.23] Burton Stone Lane, York. (Looking northbound.) I struggled to push my cycle in the gap marked by my red arrow. I don’t believe the space left on the pavement used for sandbags people was sufficient for easy or safe use by people in mobility scooters/wheelchairs or pushing double buggies.
