[Image taken 20.9.23] Aldwark junction with St Andrewgate, York. A City of York Council taxi driver is obstructing the filtered permeability. He is also completely blocking the sight lines for people emerging from the other side of the bollards into this end of Aldwark. The route through the bollards on the carriageway is also used by people with mobility issues and/or pushing buggies/pulling wheeled luggage or shopping bags as there is no dropped kerb down from the pavement at Hunt Court. I did an ad hoc 10-minute count here in 2021: #174502. In the couple of minutes it took me to stop, take a photo and get back on my cycle, six people cycled through the bollards... I'll report this. I have a photo of the registration number of the taxi and will send that with the link to this caption.
