WK52 VRV parked on double yellows; are motorcycles exempt from waiting restrictions? I don't think pedal cycles are. But what is a bicycle when no-one's riding it?; luggage? It's legally still a vehicle, because the definition for the 'no vehicles' traffic sign is "no vehicles except bicycles being pushed [by hand]"—implying that even if you're pushing it, it's still a vehicle. I dunno; should this geezer be parked here?
