Pretty inconsiderate parking; the driver was in the shop to the immediate left of frame—I believe it's a Pizza Express. There are legal parking spaces available on Park Terrace; these are 'pay and display' between 08:30 and 18:30 (source: fairly recent Street View); this photograph was taken (you can see the driver has just got back into her vehicle) at 08:27. Apologies for the quick snap; I was in rather a rush to catch the Citi 4.
