Cycle Colchester's final flurry: paint a few cycle symbols on the road and we've got a cycle route... or not.

This gate isn't always closed, but it is a lot of the time. Should be addressed if it is to form part of a link between St. Johns Street and Vineyard Gate. As it is when closed, cyclists will have to use the tiny gap to the side and dodge the parked car.
