Bishops Road in Peterborough, right behind the cathedral, between the Lido and the indoor Pool and athletics arena. In Peterborough cycle provision seems poor and cycling on the footway widespread, I observed about three times as many cyclists on the illegally on the footway than legally in the main carriageway.
