Vineyard Road and Bishops Road in Peterborough, right behind the cathedral, between the Lido and the indoor Pool and athletics arena. In Peterborough cycle provision seems poor and cycling on the footway widespread, I observed about three times as many cyclists on the illegally on the footway than legally on the road.
