The cycle path alongside Circular Road North has had drop kerbs added to it and a large vehicle-sized section paved beyond it, dissecting the path. According to the contractors this is not a road but an emergency access. It is frustrating to note the opportunity wasn't taken to remove the "dog leg" in the cycle path. See also #30897 and #30899.
