"Discontinuous National Cycle Route - Rejoin route after 600 yds on Whistleberry Rd"
"Cyclists Rejoin Carriageway"
No dropped kerb to rejoin carriageway, and no signage for those unfamiliar with the area to get to Whistleberry Road.
The road on the left is a sliproad onto the A725 East Kilbride Expressway. The eventual plan is to continue the path alongside it, building a ramp to replace the existing flight of stairs, but for now cyclists have to use the road under the bridge and around the other side of the expressway to reach the rest of NCN 74.
