Over the front line is breaking the red light. At minimum, this is also a car in an ASL.
Yet another driver ignoring the law about ASLs. All too common.

Going through a red light is often a charge thrown at cyclists, and for some rightly so. I don't, it breaks Highway code rule 109". Cars also shouldn't and will do a lot more damage than cyclists.
