I've shown the failings in this path, at the end of Church Lane in Trumpington, several times.

This time the driver has passed the Red Light line (technically breaking the red light) and is sitting in the part of the road reserved for the cyclepath that crosses in front of this road (Church Lane). I suspect they have completely blocked it, which also means pedetrians are blocked from passing.
So, essentially very selfish behaviour along with breaking Highway code rule 109" (backed up in law).
