As I approach the roundabout, I check all routes, behind and in front. The car approaching is not signalling right so therefore is implying that they are going straight on and not crossing my line. I proceed as I have nothing to Give Way to.

Luckily, I'm aware of how poor driving can be. Despite not signalling the car comes round and crosses my line. I've knocked off enough speed to allow for this poor driving.

Signaling is required. Signals warn and inform other road users, including pedestrians of your intended actions. Breaking "Highway code rule 103".
