After a couple of weeks from clip www.youtube.com/watch there's been some change! Notice that hedges have been cut to the right at 26 and 45 seconds. Much better visibility now!

That's started working on my point 3 from the other clip. A small step forward but in the right direction. Although, I have no idea whether this will all grow back up again in a few months.

"3. Reduce the hedges to enable visibility and straighten the route through the central area, retaining pedestrian segragation."
