Highway Code Rule 240 (backed up in law)

You MUST NOT stop or park on a tram or cycle lane
This is really rubbed in by the many other delivery and/or work vans parked perfectly safely off the path. And the small space left by the van is considered not enough (also by law) and is known by many cyclists as the "door zone", a place where cyclists regularly get knocked off by doors opening without looking, which is also an offense, Highway Code Rule 239 (backed up by the RTA).

This isn't the first time this company's van has done this (see 0:28 on www.youtube.com/watch).
