Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council want you to know that if your bike is nicked from here then you're on your own mate.

The actual text reads:

These racks are used at your sole risk

The council accepts NO LIABILITY
whatsoever for any injury, loss or
damage, however caused to any
person or item.

They might as well say that if you parked your bike here then you were asking for it to be nicked.

These hopeless racks can be undone with a 13 mm spanner. Maybe they've had to put up such a sign because so many bikes have been stolen from here. With a bit more thought this could have been a really positive contribtion to the station, instead it looks like a bike open prison.

A much more positive sign explaining how to properly lock bikes to the available racks would have been nice.
