I'm coming off the Fen Causeway roundabout onto Queens Road. A car is looking to pull out of a restricted view turn. Having waited for the car going in the opposite direction, they then completely ignored the traffic (that's me) coming in the direction they wish to go. I'm forced to brake to avoid a collision.

Careless Driving really should apply here.
