Again, this is more of a criticism of the poor road layout here. It's designed to take drivers into the cyclelane. The worn paintwork shows testimony to this. This junction was designed a couple of years ago, why is it so poor?
It's also a bit worrying seeing a driving instructor (or learner) going into the cyclelane.
