I heard this car coming up behind me and felt scared enough to dash out of the way onto the shared path. If I hadn't have done that (as is possible here), I'm not sure if the driver would have had much chance to avoid me.

Looking at the frame-by-frame footage and satellite maps, the driver is doing 40-45mph. Knocking off a bit of speed and projecting back, the car front was less than 0.3 seconds behind me. Reaction time is 0.2 seconds. There is very little space to the kerb at the time they came through. At minimum it would have been a very close pass (within touching distance) at speed.

This would come up to the dangerous driving level.
