Often drivers say they've only got stuck in an ASL because they had to do an emergency stop to avoid crossing the main traffic light. Yes, I'm not convinced either.
Notice the light is red from the beginning of the clip and the car is still a long way off. So, that excuse is simply not true is this case is it.
