The bus is still pulling out into me to pass people cycling on their side of the road. The driver isn't giving them the right amount of space and is threatening me with their vehicle.

Slowing for 2-3 seconds then passing safely would have been the correct driver behaviour. Instead, intimidate 3 people with multiple tons of vehicle. Should this driver have a PSV license?
