This car joins from the road at the left of the roundabout. As I'm making my way between the two pinch points I hear them accelerating very hard despite there being no space to pass (see www.youtube.com/watch for some of the maths, less space here!). I hold up my hand to say stop as I didn't want to be squished in the second pinch point. They kept coming and passed on the wrong side of the pinch point.
This is covered in Highway Code 165 and backed up by law.

And I do see the cyclepath on the left. There is no way into it until after both pinch points, and I don't use it if I can as it's awful to use, which is MY perogative. Driving legally and safely on the road is not optional.
