When this bit of Richmond Road became a junction with the cycle path along Hackney Grove and Martello street they added a black and white dotted line across Richmond road. which is the worst of all options - cyclists and pedestrians can misread it as a zebra and think it's ok to just cross. Cars see it as a meaningless line and ignore it. Meanwhile it's a really busy cyclists rat run that could do with a proper set of pedestrian and cyclist lights for crossing.
