Temporary roadworks in the contraflow cyclelane. Nearby signs suggests it's only for a day, but will check.

Note that to pass this obstruction legally, anyone cycling has to dismount and walk along the pavement. The roadway is one-way the other way.

Yeah, I don't like it either. Roadworks have to take place but there needs to be better controls around a complete closure of the cyclelane.
