Cycleway end sign on Milton Road / Highworth Avenue junction. There is no start sign I'm aware of (see #45257 and #45256 )
It isn't clear if cycling towards the camera on this stretch of pavement is permitted either, but the doted lines on the road approaching the dropped curb suggest it is the intent that it is.
This has become important as councillors are calling for action on anti-social cyclists - ie. those cycling where cycling is not permitted and police are taking action. I've commented further at rtaylor.co.uk/5482
